Glass Replacement Limited Warranty/Fixed Glass Installations
Fixed glass installations (those that do not operate or move, like a
windshield) are warranted against water and air leakage, except that which
occurs as a
result of vehicle collision damage or body panel deterioration (rust), for as
long as you own or lease your vehicle. Defects in materials and/or workmanship
on all non-operating parts (glass) and service are covered for one year from
the date of service.
Glass Replacement Limited Warranty/Operating Part Installations
All replaced operating parts (non-glass items) and moving parts (such as door
and vent glass parts that move) are warranted for 30 days against mechanical
failure.
Limitations and Exclusions
To the fullest extend allowed by law, ATG shall not be liable for (1) indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages; or (2) any delay or loss of
use including, without limitation, lost revenues or lost profits. ATG's maximum
aggregate liability for any and all other damages for which liabilitiy is not
disclaimed or otherwise limited hereunder shall not exceed the price paid for
the goods themselves, including, but not limited to:

Breakage of tempered glass during removal, install, or reinstall

Breakage of glass which is not provided by ATG during removal, install, or
reinstall

Leakage from used gaskets or used moldings

Damage to tinting, stickers, attached aftermarket accessories or any integral
electrical components of serviced glass during removal, install, or reinstall
This warranty expires with the change of ownership of the identified vehicle.
Release of customer information
By signing the attached invoice, you authorize your insurance carrier to
release information pertaining to your vehicle and insurance policy to Auto &
Truck
Glass. This information will only be used to collect monies owed to Auto &
Truck Glass and will never be sold or used for third-party marketing purposes.
Labor Times
Labor times included in attached invoice represent averages based on time
studies by Mitchell Automotive (NAGS). Some technicians are more efficient than
others and may be able to replace damaged glass more quickly than NAGS
indicates.
Customer's Responsibility
To exercise your rights under this warranty, you must contact the ATG Customer
Service Department at (800) 300-9979. You must also have available your
original invoice as evidence of installation.
Insurance Coverage
The use of some insurance policies for the payment of this auto glass service
may provide additional warranty coverage beyond what is stated above. Contact
your insurance company for more information.
