services marketplace. Our key personnel include:

Michael
Voris; President and CEO
|
|
|
Mr. Voris first joined ATG in 2004 as the Vice President of Operations. Michael comes to
ATG with over 20 years of experience in Operations and Program
Management with expertise in business development, large scale
systems integration and customer service. Michael has
successfully established companies in both the United States and Mexico and is an expert at coordinating the
activities of diverse teams in multiple locations throughout the
world. He is an experienced P&L Manager with a passion for
building outstanding customer support teams.
Michael has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Seattle University. He works in ATG's corporate
headquarters in Mission Viejo, California.

Marty Breen; Chief Financial Officer / Vice President, Finance and Administration

With over fifteen years of accounting, finance, and operations experience, Marty has held a number of leadership positions in various industries. Most recently, he held the position of Controller for Anaheim Arena Management, the operator of Honda Center, home of the 2007 Stanley Cup Champion Anaheim Ducks. Prior to that, he was the General Accounting Manager for Riverside manufacturer Luxfer Gas Cylinders and was Director of Operations and Special Projects for the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, a single A minor league baseball team.
Mr. Breen is responsible for all aspects of the finance department including accounting, financial reporting and analysis. Living in Orange County, Marty is based out of ATG's corporate headquarters in Mission Viejo. He has his Masters degree in Economics from Claremont Graduate School, and his BS from St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA. |

Chris Mattingly; Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Mattingly serves as the head of all client-facing aspects of ATG, taking the lead role in customer service and business development. Chris comes to ATG with over ten years of sales and marketing experience, having worked on projects for companies like Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Tri All 3 Sports, Alteer, and Bank of America.
Chris originally joined ATG in 2001 as Operations Manager, in charge of daily operations nationwide. Chris lives in Orange County and works from ATG's corporate headquarters in Mission Viejo, California. He has a degree in Business Administration from the California State University in San Marcos.

Steve Bartetzko; Director of Customer Service

From ATG’s Southern California headquarters, Mr. Bartetzko serves as Director of the Customer Service, leading a team of individuals working with customers and technicians on the national level.
Steve joined ATG in 2006 with over seven years of customer service and management experience in the publishing and service industries. Prior to ATG, Steve has worked in varying capacities of customer service and distribution management for such companies as the Mission Viejo News Group, Truax Enterprises, and Blizzard Entertainment. Living in Orange County, Mr. Bartetzko attended the Art Institute of California.

Melvin Oliva; Western Regional Manager

|
Mr. Oliva was originally with ATG in a management role when the company was founded in 1990. Promoted to Western Regional Manager in 2004, Melvin has worked in the auto glass industry since 1983 and has been in auto glass management since 1985.
Prior to ATG, Mr. Oliva has worked for All Star Glass, Vistar (Safelite), Astro Glass, and has owned his own auto glass replacement company. He has been recognized and certified by a large number of organizations, including the National Glass Association (NGA) for his glass replacement capabilities. Mr. Oliva has personally trained a large percentage of ATG’s technicians and is responsible for all operations and City Managers in the Pacific and Mountain Time Zones.
Melvin has studied at Global University and Long Beach City College, focusing on Business Management. He operates out of ATG’s regional office in Los Angeles, CA.

Barry Glover; Eastern Regional Manager

|
Mr. Glover came to ATG in 2005 as the Eastern Regional Manager and oversees all operational elements for locations in the Eastern and Central Time Zones. Barry brings to ATG over twenty years of auto glass management and installation experience.
Barry came to ATG most recently having worked for Safelite, managing customers in the Southeast U.S. Prior to Safelite, he was President of ABC Glass in Batavia, New York – a company which he owned and founded in 1996. Barry began working in the glass industry over twenty years ago as a glass installer.
Reporting to Mr. Glover are all ATG City Managers in the Eastern Region. Barry is based out of ATG’s regional office in Tampa, FL.
